Just choose your favorite corporate stationery, drop in your logo, insert text fields, radio buttons, check

If you already have pre-built forms, e.g., on your website, upload them, along with any included graphic
elements. We will host the form, and also build the database tables and insert the processing logic for

Data Collection
Just tell us the name of the table where you want Act-On to collect the data from your form. We will automatically
build a new table if necessary. Download the contents of this table at any time in standard formats
(e.g., CSV, XLS or XML) that can be imported into spreadsheets or databases.
Use our rich-text editor to define the acknowledgement message to be shown when the form is filled out and
submitted. Alternatively, redirect the person to a web page after the form is submitted.
Set up a confirmation Act-On message to be sent automatically after the form has been filled out and submitted.
Deployment & Promotion
Your form is automatically hosted by Act-On. Link directly to your form from your website or blog, or get the
HTML code and embed it right into your website.
Promote your form using web banner and text ads. Act-On can generate separate tagged URL's for each of your
ad campaigns. This lets you see which ads are most effective at driving traffic to your form.
Launch e-mail campaigns to promote your form to your mailing lists. When recipients click on the form link,
they will be presented with the form pre-filled with their respective personal information. This lowers the
barrier to getting forms filled and submitted.
Real-Time Reports & Analytics
Get real-time summary reports of traffic to your form, and drill down on specific segments for details.
Download report data to Excel or databases for further analysis.
