Amplify your event marketing efforts by enlisting your field sales teams and your channel partners,
and getting them to promote your event to their respective communities.
Act-On supports collaborative marketing programs by allowing linkages between Act-On accounts. A
special kind of an account, called a master account, has the ability to publish specific creative
content to specific linked partner accounts (or to all linked partner accounts).
Build all the creatives for your event, such as the promotional e-mail template, the signup form, the
acknowledgement e-mail and so on, in your master Act-On account.
Publish this "approved" content to linked partner Act-On accounts that belong to your channel partners,
or to other business units in your enterprise. These linked accounts will be able to personalize select
portions of the published e-mail templates.
When your channel partners promote your event from their respective linked Act-On accounts, they can do
so with the knowledge that Act-On will maintain the privacy and confidentiality of their customer lists
and other data in their account.
Any signups ("conversions") arising from these partner campaigns will be reported to the master Act-On
account with proper attribution to the channel partner who produced the conversion.
